Day 4 of detox and healthy living

My headaches have cleared, my skin is already looking clearer and brighter and I just got on the scales to find I’ve lost half a stone already!! This has given me such a boost this morning.

One of the symptoms of detox is frequent urination – gosh I have pee’d a lot! I was retaining fluid and had recently been to the GP about my fluid retention, so it’s great to see the water weight shifting.

I did a body pump class yesterday, we did 100 squats! My legs were sore yesterday but today they are fine. I think the detox is also helping my muscle recovery.

The first couple of days of detox are by far the hardest. Now I’m over the worst I can start to enjoy the benefits and so quickly too!
