Tracey has lived experience of mental illness, has had numerous psychiatric admissions and put on a considerable amount of weight from the sedentary nature of admissions and psychiatric medications.
Tracey is now turning her health around, physically, through fitness and nutrition, mentally, through mindset work, and spiritually, through silent time, nature and the outdoors.
Tracey wants to help others to be able to do the same and has been on a journey of becoming a wellness coach with the International Association of Wellness Professionals (IAWP) to enable this.

Recovering from a mental health crisis is challenging and frightening. One never truly recovers from mental health as it is often a long term condition, but one can learn how to manage it best and can take steps to recover their life to live as fully as possible. My mission is to help others who have had a mental health crisis to take the steps to recover their wellness, improve mindset and achieve health and life goals
